Privacy Policy: Because We Have to Have One
We're not going to bore you with a 10-page document that's only read by lawyers and insomniacs. But we do want to let you know how we handle your data, because, well, it's the right thing to do.
What We Collect (and Why)
When you visit our site, we collect some basic info like your IP address, browser type, and what pages you visit. This helps us figure out what's working and what's not, so we can make the site better for everyone. We also use cookies to remember your preferences and login info, so you don't have to keep typing in your password every time you come back. Don't worry, we won't sell your data to the highest bidder or use it to spam you with annoying emails. We promise.
How We Use It (and Who We Share It With)
We use the data we collect to improve the site, respond to your questions and comments, and maybe even send you an occasional newsletter if you've opted in. We don't share your data with anyone except our web hosting company, which is bound by a strict confidentiality agreement (i.e., they're not allowed to sell your data either). And if we ever get hacked (knock on wood), we'll let you know ASAP and do everything we can to fix the problem. That's about it. If you have any questions or concerns, just shoot us an email. We'll do our best to help.
